Q: When will my order ship?

A: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order. Once you order is ready to be shipped, we use USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-6 business days.

We want to get you your new products as quickly as possible! If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us!

 

Q: Which products are compatible with the regular Peloton bike?

A: Product pages will specify if the item is compatible with the regular bike, bike plus, or both. Here are the products that fit the regular Peloton bike:

Q: Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Q: I already placed an order but now I changed my mind on what color item I want. Can I change the color now or will I have to wait and return the item?

A: Shoot us a message or email as soon as you change your mind about what you want. We will try our best to accommodate your change before the order ships, but you may have to wait until you receive the item, return it, and place a new order.
